LilOS lets you run a small company of AI employees on your own Mac and work with them from your iPhone. It is built so that your company's data stays on devices you control.

What stays on your devices

• Your company data (employees, channels, messages, sessions, files) lives on your Mac. The iPhone app does not upload it anywhere; it connects directly to your Mac.
• The connection between your iPhone and your Mac goes over your own network or your own Tailscale tailnet. We do not run a server in between and we cannot see this traffic.
• On the iPhone the app keeps a cache of what you last saw so it opens instantly, and a per-device key for your Mac in the iOS Keychain. Choosing "Forget this Mac" or deleting the app removes them.

What we collect

We do not collect personal data. There are no accounts, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party analytics in the app. The demo mode ("Try the demo") works fully offline and sends nothing.

AI providers you choose

Your AI employees run through the engine and model providers you configure on your Mac (for example, a model API you sign in to). What you send to your employees is sent from your Mac to that provider under that provider's own terms and privacy policy. LilOS does not add any other recipient.

Permissions

• Camera: only to scan the pairing QR code shown on your Mac. Images are not stored or sent anywhere.
• Local network: only to reach your Mac.
• Notifications (if you turn them on): alerts such as "needs you" are delivered through Apple's push service (via Expo's push service). A notification carries a short summary, not your full conversation.

TestFlight

If you use a TestFlight beta, Apple may share crash reports, device information and feedback you choose to send with us, as described in Apple's TestFlight terms. We use these only to fix bugs.

Children

LilOS is not directed at children under 13.
